Base: Base is welded with high-quality steel plate, after vibration aging treatment, welding deformation is small, mainly used to install the various parts of the machine tool.
Main transmission system: composed of worm gear box, driving wheel, belt wheel, etc., worm gear box and driving wheel are directly connected, smooth transmission, no impact. The speed of the driving wheel is adjusted through the belt three gears.
Clamping device: The use of hydraulic vise clamping, through the hydraulic cylinder to drive the vise plate to clamp the workpiece.
